The plain-language version of what you’re agreeing to when you buy or use a Glass Tent app.
Your license
Buying Got_it directly gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it on up to three Macs that you use. The license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You own your screenshots. We own the app, so please don’t resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it.
Buying and tax
Direct purchases are sold by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Its terms also apply to your purchase. Mac App Store purchases are sold by Apple under Apple’s terms, and Apple handles their refunds.
Refunds
If you bought directly and Got_it isn’t for you, email info@glasstent.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
Updates
Your purchase includes every 1.x update of Got_it. A future major version may be a separate purchase. The version you bought is yours to keep using.
Using it responsibly
Screenshots can capture other people’s information and copyrighted material. You’re responsible for what you capture and share.
The fine print
Our apps are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those the law requires. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can’t promise they’ll be free of bugs, so please keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the app.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date above. Changes won’t take away a license you’ve already bought.
